Chris became involved in photography at an early age, when working as a picture interpreter. During this time he learnt the skills of photography and darkroom techniques. Chris then went on to run a successful business for seventeen years.

Chris has been surrounded by art and artists for most of his life. He spent much of his childhood in West Cornwall, where his mother was born and raised, and moved permanently to the area in his early twenties.

Chris has continued his love of photography, along with his interest in art, and has photographed local artists' work, seascapes, portraits and has been involved in commercial photography.

Chris now enjoys visiting the special spots around the coast of West Cornwall to watch and photograph the dawn of a new day, to dusk, sunsets and beyond.
